I work for a local trucking company that ships out freight for mission foods. I am sure the company as a whole is not worth one star, however the girl in the shipping office is worth negative stars. Over the years of coming here, my co workers and i have grown sick and tired of dealing with her attitude. She has never once said thank you or been polite to anyone from our company. If you have been to their shipping office you probably know exactly who i am talking about. Im surprised she is still here. She shouldn’t be.

Horrible customer service, just stopped in to inquire about an application for my boyfriend, and Immediately the receptionist assumed I was the one inquiring about the job and before I could finish speaking she told me I absolutely had to fill out the application inside, when I informed her it was for my boyfriend and I'll send him there to fill it out she assumed he smoked weed and was telling me that the test goes back ten months and if I was sure he could pass. For one, I was polite and just trying to get general information and she made judgments and acted like she was above me, what a shame people have to be like that, expect to walk in to a friendly face and walk in to someone condescending

If you got stuff from Plainview, TX large sacks from Azteca milling you got a very good chance of being sent to 600 Gruma Dr, Pueblo, CO which is also mission foods instead of the address which brought you here, call to verify save yourself time.
