Went in to get a new car battery as mine had died because of the recent crazy cold. Staff was polite enough, and after telling them the make/model etc was given a battery. I took it back and hooked it up....frying all the electronics and alternator of my car! They had given me the wrong battery with reversed posts. I now will have to spend another 300, most certainly with a different company, to buy a new alternator/fuses/etc. Thanks for the quick and speedy service that didn't take the time to make sure I got what I asked for, screwing my car in the process!

This has always been a good store, they usually never have a long line ,and have a good inventory for most popular makes/models. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for newer basic parts. If you need more complicated parts such as rod bearing inserts or pistons etc.. then Napa , or Summit racing might be a better choice .

I ordered online and was told that my order would be ready by 5 pm. The prices are more expensive than autozone but they had the specific breaker bar I wanted. At 8:30 I still had not received an email confirmation so I went into the store. The Part had come I. But nobody had put together my order. When the asst manager was done grabbing the items I needed the breaker bar was different than the one I had ordered. The asst manager just blew it off and asked if I didn’t want it anymore. At this point I felt defeated so I just accepted it but I was really disappointed with my experience. Don’t shop here and if you do definitely don’t waste your time trying to order online.
