They never have the one item they are known for. Only reason people know who Popeyes is because of your chicken sandwich. So if I were the owner or manger I would make sure I had those available. Don't run out 3 hrs before you close. My advise hire a manager they knows how to prioritize. Good thing Pueblo now has a KFC and what.... A better spicy chicken sandwich that's available until they close.... Every time!

Ordered at 7:10. Went through the drive through 20 minutes later and got told to wait in a parking spot. Another 35 minutes later we went back through the drive through line to ask about it because they have the building doors locked and will not open them. When we finally got our food a literal hour later we heard the cashier say "I have no idea if that's fresh" when they went to look for our bag. This location needs a new manager. We finally get home and the chicken strips and sandwiches and cold and the tops of our beignets are somehow raw, not powdered, and have burnt bottoms. The chicken was cold and rubbery from how old it was I'm not even sure if it's safe to eat at this point.
I stopped in for the new Flounder sandwich and , of course, the Chicken sandwich. The manager was at the register and was awesome. Very accommodating and great with her crew. Definitely recommend this location. Everything was prepared at the time of the order and was excellent. Will definitely stop there again. I didn't take any pictures cause hey it's a Popeyes. What's new?
This place is a hot mess. Please, someone in corporate, read this, and send someone to help them. They were out of mild tenders. Had to wait 20 minutes. Didn’t get a single order right. Forgot all our biscuits. Didn’t give me an extra side I ordered. I love Popeyes. Please help them.
My partner ate on our lunch break, he said was good and great prices on Tuesdays!
Generally this is a great place, friendly, great service, clean and expedient. Not today management dropped the ball. They didn't have breaded shrimp ready, not a problem buy. The young gal at the window came back empty handed. I was told that the shrimp isn't ready right now and go and park over at the first spot. No please no thank you or no sorry for the delay. I asked how long and she said three minutes. I asked if there was anything on the menu that could replace the order and she said no. I parked and after ten minutes I decided to go inside. All the doors we're locked. I knocked on the door and placed my receipt on the window. I was ignored except by a employee who was there off the clock. She said she worked there but it was her day off and how could she help me? I showed her my receipt and told her that I was waiting for over ten minutes. She took the receipt and spoke to the two gentleman at the counter, they were wearing darker colored shirts. Neither of them moved towards where I was standing, outside, at the door. I knocked on the door again and was let in by the original employee. She apologized and escorted me to the counter. She recognized that I wasn't being waited on, and took the initiative to speak up on my behalf. Letting the employees behind the counter know that I was waiting on my shrimp order. Finally a young girl in a dark green shirt found my order and handed it to me and apologized. Management never came and introduced themselves, or apologized. Sorry I know this is a little drawn out but its in the hopes that management or the owner reads this and rewards the young lady who came to the door and waited on me and that was her day off.
LOVE chicken and fish sandwich! Will ask to go easy on the hot sauce next time. Hated that they discontinued Cajun rice, I always took some home.
Worst service ever. Places an order online so that it would be ready for pick up on the way to a birthday party. When we got there it took 30 minutes to get our food making us late to our party. The manager was rude and said they waited in walk in customers first before filling any online orders even though we were there. Another employee wanted to help us and got in trouble for trying to be nice. This manager is in the wrong job. No way to run a business.
