I dropped my computer and could not reboot my hard drive. I called left a message but it was the holiday weekend. I called back on Monday and they scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. We're a little bit behind so we rescheduled for Wednesday they were amazing I have a broken foot and they actually came to the home we worked on the computer they told me what was going on we changed out the hard drive but we were having problems recovering the data. So Austen my computer Tech took the computer and the next day they were going to see if they could retrieve the data. And thank goodness that they did they got it retrieve it was amazing I recommend them to anyone and I felt like their prices were reasonable
