Absolutely worst service in history. The technicians are rude, they have different rules and qualifications for different people. They do not follow the regulations. They are never held accountable. The state needs to come in and fix this poor management and bring in all new, motivated, and respectful technicians.

Horrible! I applied for food assistance back in June 2017 and was taken care of right away. October 2017 received a letter to recertify. I recently left the military and was awarded 100% VA disability which I put down as income on my ReCert documentation. I was told that I made too much and my account was closed. My wife and I are both disabled which puts us into a special bracket where medical bills will deduct off your income. I had listed medical expenses which if taken into account would easily put me under what I needed in order to requalify. I uploaded 175,000.00 in medical expenses and my account was still closed. I didn't even upload prescription or dependent care cost. I did all this before the close date, the proof is on the website with their time stamp. The food assistance we was receiving helped out a lot. I went down to the office at desert flower ave only to be told that I could only talk to someone from 7:30am-8:00am Monday-Wednesday. Really what kind of place is this. I tried to call and waited over 4 hours on the phone, just to be told the medical bills I have should be fine to upload. I guess in the end all government agencies are the same. The VA is bad too but I wont get into that.

Poor service...no one ever answers the phone nor email. It took 50 minutes to help a person report a change only to give up and hang up. They are being paid very good money to do NOTHING. I would rate this a zero (no stars selected) only because its required to highlight

I know the workers try very hard for the clients. Clients do not understand that it is poorly managed. Not all managers either. Other counties have a way better process but Pueblo has a horrible time adapting to better process. Maybe because they are under Pueblo County.... Or maybe

They all need to lose their jobs, 71,000 behind in child support is not acceptable. Every single person should be fired for not doing the jobs they are paid to do. Especially the supervisors, Aggie, Evelyn and all the LAZY , WORTHLESS waste of money employed there.

Why is it im on the phone on hold for thirty minutes just for the line to go completely silent and the call to end? Local gov. Really needs to improve on this severely outdated part of there system.

Rediculious we waited till our date to have our foodstamps we check the card nothing! Then we go up to the office wait two in a half hours just to be told we missed our redetermination and we should have received it in the mail. We received NOTHING oh wait.... Yes we did two days AFTER this visit! We turned everything needed in that day the woman said she will look at it right away and call us this day Nothing. THE NEXT DAY we went up there again just to be told it takes 15 business days and they haven't even got to it yet very rude everyone was like we're scum of the earth. Well here we are it's been over a month now.... STILL NOTHING NOT EVEN A DAMN CALL. I have three children we are struggling to get food into my home we have hit all food pantry which alot of them are a joke not even giving anything to make a meal accept out dated cupcakes and MOLDED bread! My kids need this food NOT ME! MY KIDS! ALL UNDER THE AGE OF 6! I'm so angry upset and hurt they don't even give two shots about anyone as they ar3 above everyone else sitting around laughing talking while people wait at their window unprofessional irresponsible and unworthy
