My husband had suffered from esophageal spasms for months with no relief. I found Dr. Vahill in my benefits booklet and I am so ever grateful! The staff was very welcoming from the time we entered the waiting room. They were very patient explaining the procedures and setting my expectations time wise. COVID procedures were followed very closely. Once my husband was in recovery, Dr. Vahill was very patient, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered my LIST of questions with grace and ease then ensured I felt 100% comfortable about my husband's procedure. You can feel the overwhelming love in this office from each staff member. The endoscopy was successful and my husband can now eat solid foods after being on a liquid diet for 4 months. Our family and my husband's full stomach thanks the team at Pueblo Endoscopy Suites!

Had both my procedures done here. Dr. Vahil was an awesome Dr. Took the time to listen and answer all my questions due to my procedures. The staff was amazing. Very friendly they all made me feel very welcomed, caring. They made feel comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my procedures done. BEST DR. AND STAFF IN TOWN HANDS DOWN!. I will be sending all my friends and family there to have there procedures done.

Forced to wait months for procedure, take valuable time off work( cost me 200 dollars time lost for the day off at work), they are unprofessional and unorganized can't keep track of an individuals contact information. Showed up for a procedure at 6:15 a.m. after they told me on Wednesday November 11th and emailed after I called to confirm on Wednesday November 11th that my appointment was still set for 6:15 a.m. November 16th( I also double checked all my contact info as I always do). I Arrived early waited for over an hour and 45 minutes no one showed up to the office. Called several times finally got a call back they were extremely rude highly unprofessional told me they tried to contact me several times starting on Monday 9th of November to tell me they had canceled my appointment. But my email documents received and my phone call history from November 11th on Wednesday prove that they had told me my appointment was still set for November 16th. They were belligerent saying they didn't have my contact information after they emailed me and I called them to confirm my appointment and contact info, refused to refill the prescription that I had to take the day before I go in for the procedure and refuse to reschedule the procedure and then hung up on me. Highly unprofessional I would not leave my personal health in their hands.

DON'T GO THERE. Nurses treat you terrible. They were not nice. Rude unfriendly and don't care about your comfort. I asked for a second cup of water. No you've had enough. 5 of them laughing because one said Justin Beaver. To busy to do there job. Obviously they didn't care about me and probability won't care about you. Shop around,there are plenty more to choose from.

Went for a colonoscopy. Was freezing after procedure. They refused to give me a warm blanket. Said I had enough blankets and another one won't help. They don't about your comfort. Have a cold now. Pick a different place.
