Tabor was an outstanding person. He came to my home discovered he didn't have the part in his truck to fix my furnace. He made calls and ended up going back into Pueblo (I'm in Pueblo West) to hopefully retrieve the part. He found the part and made the trek back out to finish up what he started. My kids and I now have heat on a 15 degree night. I'm thankful! Thank you Tabor you're the best!

My heating system stopped working in -11 weather. I called R Buck and scheduled a service appointment. They were able to get a technician out very quickly. My technicians name was Tabor. He was able to get my heating system up and running in less than an hour. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the cost of service as well.

Guy was very respectful and professional when he entered my home. I told him the problem and right away he had knowledge of what was most likely wrong. He proceeded to inspect the heater and he was correct on his assumption. He then immediately called to see how much the part would cost me, and gave me the option of replacing the part, or replacing the 26 year old unit. Unfortunately I can't afford the unit price tag at the time, so I settled for the part to fix the old dinosaur that is my heater. About 45 minutes later I had heat for me and my 2 boys! Thanks again Guy, and everyone at R Buck Heating & Air Conditioning.
