Nothing bad to say about this Rent a Center. The Manager Denice is awesome she always helps me out and goes above and beyond for my needs. Even if she doesn't have what we are looking for she makes sure to accommodate us as much as possible. My favorite store in town. Thank you for everything.

Rent-A-Center is a very poor company. And not poor as in , because they're marking up the items they're selling by over 100%. Not only are they charging people at least 100% OVER ticket prices, but you don't even stick to their word. They do not clean or sanitize used products like they claim to. They do not deliver in the window, or even close to the window, given for delivery of the products. Their customer service skills are lacking. I was hoping for a good experience as I've never used any kind of rent-to-own type of thing before and I never will again. Thumbs WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY down.

What great customer service! went in to buy a washer and dryer and was successful got 6 months same as cash, had what I wanted im stock delivered for 150.00 less than the Lowe's price and delivery was free. Tryed both Home Depot, Lowe's and even went to the Springs and couldn't find anyone who had a washer and dryer in stock.
