I love Dr Rivera, Sally and the nurse assistants they are very sweet and kind. However, their PA is not much help I've had to turn around and go straight to the hospital to get the help that I needed. I'm done wasting my time there

My son needed a physical before dental surgery. Staff was nice enough, strangely all i could do was stare at the floors which all had different mismatch tiles.

Wasn’t impressed with the office. Long wait times, outdated office and they did no testing to find out why I’m having pain. the final answer was to do some yoga poses. Really..... I’ll go to a REAL doctor so they can find out what the real issue is. They asked that I check out and reschedule another appointment and I dashed out of their so quick. Total joke of a place I would’ve rather not gone at all!!! I haven’t been to a doctor in years so I was stoked to finally have a primary and this is a joke and the statement is still accurate that I haven’t been in years because that didn’t count. I’ll take nothing over this place.

Wonderful Experience each time I have been there. The reception personnel are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. The medical staff is very knowledgeable and they seem to truly care about my health. If you are deciding on a Doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Rivera and his staff.

Very unprofessional receptionists, long wait times. Rude medical assistant and the Dr.'s don't get down to the problem and try to find the solution. 3 out of 4 of the referrals made out of this office did not contact me, the patient. The neurologist that is affiliated with this doctor treats their patients the same as this office. As a single parent and someone that has lived in a few different big cities this doctor cares more about the health insurance over the patients. Do not recommend.
