I wish there was an option for no stars. This place was horrible and staff is unprofessional I ordered through the app and checked in when I got there. I was told when they brought out the order that there ice cream machine was not working. I told them that was fine and if they would refund my card used the cost of the ice cream. The girl told me she couldn't do that. There is no option to do it in the app. She then tells me if I ask for a refund in the app ( which there's no option to do so) she can't give me my drinks. I ordered 4 large. She wouldn't give me the drinks. She said she would then substitute something at the same cost as the ice cream. Fine, we asked for onion rings. She still wouldn't give me my drinks, that were already paid for. I waited about 15 min. Another employee comes out and tells me they are out of onion rings and what else would I like. Well to start I would like the drinks I paid for. We ask him for jalenpeno poppers. He goes back in. We wait longer... all in all it took over 30 min to get my paid order that I ordered in advance. I have never had this difficulty with the Sonic on the South Side or the app. I am unsure why they with held my order so long at the Sonic on Elizabeth. But, I will no be using it again.

Definitely a disappointing experience today. This is their sauced popcorn chicken now, waited 30 minutes through the coned line that just complicated everything. The root beer tasted like bland carbonated water, the syrup box needed to be changed a while ago. Then at the end the girl running the window tried to hold onto our card, and it felt like she was rushing us out after handing us the food. We shouldn't have to ask for our card back twice. Literally got handed the short straw today, it's worth the time to drive out to Pueblo West instead.
Sonic is consistent. You know what you're gonna get and it ain't bad. And you get it fast.
My friend and I arrived a few min before happy hour. The person taking our order was somewhat rude. We were told there was no ice cream and she didn't ask if we would like something else, instead tried to confirm that we didn't want anything. I ordered a medium coke, was reminded that I would not see the happy hour discount because I was early then still took about 7 min to bring me a med coke 75% ice 25% coke. Not the best sonic in town.
Great place. Been to Sinic first time. Heard a lot of praise about it. Got 3 different shakes to try. All amazing. Definitely recommend it. Emilie was very professional and provided the best possible customer service. She was running up and down to check egg-free shakes. Ordering the drinks from car and getting it to the car is great feeling.
