I have bought several cars from Spradley and until now have never had a problem. I purchased a pickup with an extended warranty in November 2018. Now I am having a problem with it. So I take it to the same mechanic that I have taken every car too since I have lived here. Suddenly the extended warranty sold to me at Spradley will not work here anymore (this has never been a problem in the past). The company Spradley uses for extended warrantys refuses to pay for any work unless it is done at Spradley unless Spradley says its ok, which they won't. The worst part is that when I bought this warranty I was told I could get repairs at any licensed shop, just like I have been doing with every other car I bought through them. When I spoke with someone at Spradley I was told that thats the way things are now and too bad for me. Unfortunately for Spradley I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor will anyone in my family. Their service department has a terrible reputation that is well deserved and after being told that I could get service anywhere and now being told I can only get it through them it is not worth the hassle of even considering doing business with them again. But of course Spradley doesn't care, I am just a customer.

I've had such a great experience, and I must say it was all do to the salesman Ryan Quintana! He made the process smooth and easy. He even took the time to call and text me to answer any of my questions. I just felt cared for and that he wanted to get me what is best for me! Thank you much!

I hate salesmen and car dealerships. But after meeting Tara at a Rockies game, I decided to give it a chance (like six months later!). She made the whole experience fun!! It was actually fun!!! And then my friend who was at the Rockies game with me went and bought a new truck from Tara! We will never go anywhere else again!

Larry really toke care of us! Nick has sold us every car but Larry really helped us this time! There will never be another perfect 2015 Malibu but the 2018 is very nice! Thanks guys!
