I went to this establishment approximately three weeks ago spent over 900 there for tires and an alignment and it was done on time. today I need oil change and one of my headlight was out I went and purchased headlights at AutoZone and ask them could they change the oil and replace the headlights after a long wait of him trying to calculate he tells me it’ll be 137 I asked him why is it so much he says it’s gonna take an hour to replace the headlight. my truck is an 05 Ford F150 I’ve change the headlights before however I am not at home I am currently traveling for business it’s a simple as loosening a screw taking the old bulb out and putting the new bulb in I am extremely disappointed and will never go back there again even for tire service

I once had a 5 review on here, but not anymore! Our last oil change we waited WELL over an hour for the car to be ready. When it was ready I waited over 15 minutes for someone to ring me up. A couple weeks later we realized we had an oil leak when the car started to smell and smoke. Took it to a mechanic because we didn't think it could possibly have anything to do with Pueblo. WRONG!! The mechanic said the filter wasn't put in correctly. So we had to go buy oil and pay the mechanic for cleaning everything. Then today I was changing my brakes and noticed that my tires seemed low. Well they were, which tells me they didn't check them when I got my oil changed. I started going to Pueblo because it's conveniently close and with the discount on Wednesday it's easier on the wallet. However, as it stands I will not be returning. Shame too because I'm due for 4 tires but I'll be going elsewhere.
