The ophthalmologist was really nice the girl at the front desk was really rude so in the beginning I wasn’t having a good experience but at least he was knowledgeable and polite,they all seemed pretty tired so I don’t know if that’s why she had such an attitude but either way don’t be in customer service if you can’t handle it with a positive attitude each day. This is the second time I got attitude from her so it’s probably just that she doesn’t want to be working there.

I had to call off of work for this appointment. 3 hrs before my appointment i was phoned and told that my Dr. went home sick and they wanted to reschedule. When I explained that I called off for this she immediately offered me an earlier appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. My exam was great. Dr. was very pleasant and went the extra mile to get me perfectly fitted in contacts. I didnt feel rushed one bit. Great experience.
I have always taken my children here for their yearly exams. Three of my 4 kiddos wear glasses, which is one of the main reasons we love coming here. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. But recently they stopped offering prescription glasses by the next day. Apparently there lab is closed due to covid. Well if this is still the case next year, we'll have to go to a closer location. Most other optometrists can also have our glasses within a week. Being able to have our glasses so quickly is what attracted us here in the first place. This is the reason I had to take away two stars.
Clean, friendly and got me in on short notice. Dr. Gold was great and fast. Picked out my glasses and order in just over an hour for the whole appointment. Glasses with the options I got was cheaper than anticipated. Overall pretty pleased!
The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. The prescription was spot on and the eye drops that he prescribed helped tremendously. The best experience that I’ve had yet with glasses.
