From the time that you call or walk-in the door you are welcomed by some of the nicest professionals that Pueblo has to offer. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and kind in what they do. Choosing West Mountain Dental will change how you view your dental care. I myself had come to the office in an emergency situation. I had not been to the dentist in many years. Dr. Murray did my repair, recommended a dental plan and I was able to get on course and I am once again maintaining regular visits to the dentist after the long absence. I credit the staff to my willingness. I had multiple bad experiences and I was unwilling to look for care after those times. My family has made the change also and it is now your turn to make the change and move to a dental office that is willing and able to meet your needs!

Worst dentist office ever. In December I had a appt set up to go over the repair of 2 broken teeth, after spending extensive time with the doctor and nurses we set a date and gameplan. Day of appt they demanded payment in full before services, different, but not unreasonable I paid, walked into the back to only be leaving 30 min later with no dental work because they had nothing listed to be done as discussed on the previous visit and was now unable to perform the necessary work. When the error was realized and had to be rescheduled it was made out that I was now the inconvenience multiple times since I couldn't just reschedule for the their next available appt, over a week away. When I explained being self employed I had planned for the appt weeks in advance both professionally and personally. It was treated with no care or understanding. Showing no empathy for the painful and down right horrible situation their error caused, they shuttled me out the door like I was the one holding things up from being done. Unable to refund the thousands I had just paid moments earlier I had to then fight for my money back. They refunded my money after a week of fighting and having to go through the finance dept specifically to finally get a refund by check. The front desk manager is atrocious and has no respect for anyones personal information, blatantly violating hippa laws and making jokes about your dental condition in the waiting room. She should be fired and fined for those alone. Thanks for the headaches and teeth issues yet to be resolved. Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable dental care.
