Awful reception, the person I had to deal with just made me feel I wasn't in my place for some reason... it is not about the pricing although I would have be happy to know that you provide such expensive consulting. I'm unhappy from that person behind his desk, he barely said hello and had such an unpleasant attitude with me as a welcoming.. and That's after filling all the form taking my data that he explained me the pricing and the non insurance cover with a very very very small empathy, I've been working as a receptionist in the past and I know that we can all make a little effort to our customers to provide a better quality service.

I've been staying nearby for several months. I went in to enquire about an Antigen and/or PCR Test to return to the UK. They offer the Antigen with results in just 30 minutes but not the PCR. I also emailed them. Krystyna, the Doctor got back to me very quickly and was very helpful. Jacek, who runs bookings and reception was also incredibly helpful when I came in. I had my dog (as it is impossible to leave her alone at present because she howls). Of course, dogs aren't allowed in clean sterile clinics. But Jacek went to the trouble to ask his neighbours to look after the dog while I had a test. Unfortunately, I couldn't go ahead as I had forgotten my passport which is required for Antigen Test. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their courtesy alone. It is also nice not to have to go as far as Adeje for medical services. The clinic is right next to Deli on the Hill and there is free parking along the road if you are driving.

Very friendly. Seems knowledgeable and can speak english. Takes the time to listen and explain. Good with children. She handled our 3 yesr old nicely. Not very crowded and pricing is fair. I would recommend.

Visited here yesterday feeling pretty rough. Dr was excellent. Very thorough and explained everything in excellent English. Had an injection and a prescription for antibiotics. 24hrs later and I am much improved. Would recommend.
