Mi child is been a patient for to many year with a very professional Therapist Leslie Melendez. Unfortunately she is not longer work. Since his transition is been a lots changing. During the pandemonium the services terrible. No therapist, no administration personal. I have to take the decision to get service for my son and daughter in other clinic. He is missing his medication to often and as patient with mental health problem their medication and therapy and doctor attention is very crucial for theirs stability.

This non-profit organization is useless and unethical in providing services for clients. The workers have minimal skills and only want your signature to get their budget money without doing their job. I have repeated questions about what services they will provide and keep getting the runaround with no one person willing to provide a name besides “my supervisor will get back to you soon.” “I am waiting for my supervisor to process the paperwork.” “I lost your ENTIRE FILE.” One conscientious individual with a sincere commitment to helping quit her job instead of treating disabled human beings as a means of getting government funding. The NY State Attorney General should audit this organization. I have spoken with ‘Supervisors ‘ from offices at East 15th Street, an office in Harlem with the same lame zero accountability. I have collected documentation of their ongoing insurance fraud scam on NYC Human Services Administration since June 2016. When I called their complaint hotline, described the incompetent employees, lack of accountability, I was provided with a complaint reference number for further investigation. To this day I have not been contacted. I called again on November 2018 to learn that the person I had spoken with also quit her job there. To those who have ears, do not allow yourself or anyone you know to be used as a means to an end. In the end, you will be left waiting or worse.

Loved Envy

I went to this clinic for therapy and hopefully find some way to get through my issues but my therapist ended up cancelling meeting me and ended up going who know's where without any explanation or alternative. Still waiting to get a call back or find some means to get what I need before things get out of hand

I have been at the this facility for over 2 years and needed to be assigned to a new therapist. The director was suppose to reassign my case and for months did nothing. She then closed my case, giving me only the option to find another facility. She didn't even want to allow me to see the doctor for my refills. She never directly addressed me and had her staff inform me of my discharge.
