I would highly recommend not using Pugh Wright McNally for a new construction survey. The initial survey cost was triple the price of any of their competitors. They charged an additional 350 for a plot plan and to stake the house out. None of the additional costs were disclosed up front. We were under the impression that the initial 950 would cover all aspects related to pre construction survey. We were told today that it costs 1300.
