I called this place with a possible emergency on the 15th of this month. It was 10 pm and my son's arm/neck swelled up from his allergy shots that day. As soon as the girl heard me say that I did not know the name of the doctor, she hung up on me. She didn't give me time to tell her that I knew the name and address of the clinic--just hung up--which is not ok at all in an emergency and you have the only access to a child's doctor.
