I can not express just how appreciative my family and I am of the professional, and caring treatment our mother received while admitted in your facility. No matter when or how many times I called, I was always met with friendly, welcoming staff. I would also like to compliment the over all environment, inside and outside of the facility. The grounds were always well groomed, never even noticed any grass clippings like many other places. Although we were not allowed inside, I was able to see inside several of the windows. I never noticed any clutter or messes. The floors were always clean and highly shined. When speaking with my mother through her window, I could always see that everything in her room was clean and organized. As a medic for the past 36 ½ years and deputy sheriff for 20 years, I have been in and out of hundreds of facilities and can without a doubt say yours is one of the most impressive.
Administrator Terrie Hancock, you should be immensely proud of your facility and the incredible team of staff members you have assembled. Every chance I got; I wrote down the names of staff members I had the privilege to interact with and would like to thank them for everything they did for my mother.
Thank you, Charmayne, Valeri, Shannon, Mary, Joni, Mandi, Whitney, Sylvia, Jennifer, Andrew, Anita, Gabby, Alex, Erna, Kayden, Alyssa, and Brooke. If I have missed anyone, please accept my apology, it is not on purpose. Although I did not get to interact with them, but I must also thank those that are especially important to the day to day operations of this fine facility, grounds keepers, laundry, sanitation, nutrition and maintenance.
You all made an incredibly positive impression on this family for you loving, caring, professional service. Please be proud of yourself.
