My mother has been here several times over the years and the care is excellent! Staff are attentive and caring and our family would recommend highly! The director is wonderful to work and we appreciate her dedication to her profession!

I have worked at Pulaski Health and Rehab for 3 years, I love my co-workers and the Residents have such interesting stories to tell, I could listen to them all day...I am blessed to have the job I have, helping others

I have been working at Pulaski Health and Rehab for 13 years in the therapy department. Having 22 years experience as a LPTA I take great pride working at this facility. We have state of the art gym equipment and an awesome therapy team! My greatest satisfaction is seeing my patients regain their strength, walk again and return home to their loved ones. I hope to retire here .

My mom has been a patient at Pulaski Health & Rehab 3 times in the past several years. My father was there as well, where he passed. This facility is very focused on the care and the compassion that they show to their patients. My mom's current stay is not what we wish it could be due to COVID, however Pulaski Health & Rehab has made her time there so far very pleasurable. The entire team there is amazing and during this COVID time I'm sure it is difficult everyday, but they are doing what they need to do to keep MY MOM and other patients safe as well as themselves.

I can not express just how appreciative my family and I am of the professional, and caring treatment our mother received while admitted in your facility. No matter when or how many times I called, I was always met with friendly, welcoming staff. I would also like to compliment the over all environment, inside and outside of the facility. The grounds were always well groomed, never even noticed any grass clippings like many other places. Although we were not allowed inside, I was able to see inside several of the windows. I never noticed any clutter or messes. The floors were always clean and highly shined. When speaking with my mother through her window, I could always see that everything in her room was clean and organized. As a medic for the past 36 ½ years and deputy sheriff for 20 years, I have been in and out of hundreds of facilities and can without a doubt say yours is one of the most impressive. Administrator Terrie Hancock, you should be immensely proud of your facility and the incredible team of staff members you have assembled. Every chance I got; I wrote down the names of staff members I had the privilege to interact with and would like to thank them for everything they did for my mother. Thank you, Charmayne, Valeri, Shannon, Mary, Joni, Mandi, Whitney, Sylvia, Jennifer, Andrew, Anita, Gabby, Alex, Erna, Kayden, Alyssa, and Brooke. If I have missed anyone, please accept my apology, it is not on purpose. Although I did not get to interact with them, but I must also thank those that are especially important to the day to day operations of this fine facility, grounds keepers, laundry, sanitation, nutrition and maintenance. You all made an incredibly positive impression on this family for you loving, caring, professional service. Please be proud of yourself. Sergeant P. D.
