This is my favourite hawker center in the evenings as they serve Penang style Chinese pork and intestine satay with potato base gravy. Also, they serve joo hoo eng chye (cuttlefish fried oyster morning glory), oh chien (fried oyster), curry mee and on the street, nyonya kueh. Go for the cinnamon buns if they have it. There is also roti babi although I think there are better stalls elsewhere

I love to have my laksa fix here. Try the "cham" (mix) laksa the next time you're here. That aside, there a huge selection of other hawker food available here and they are good
My favourite for dinner. Is clean and a lots of good stuff here.
Best kueh teow thung and the best tau too far in the island. Better be early before 10am or else you have to go back the next day.
Had Sin Hua CKT, what a disappointment. It was bland & dry. A pale comparison to the one I had during my younger days.
Aug 2020 Wouldn't have found it without a local Grab driver. Food is very good - real local fare where the locals come to. It's not really a food court but rather two rows of hawker stalls on a strip of pavement next to the wet market. There are around 20 hawker stalls - each serving its own local Penang specialty. Good Char keow teow with duck egg Asam Laksa Kueh kak Bad Haven't anything bad here yet. Tip - If you are not local, best to take a Grab here.
December 2019 This place doesn’t disappoint. Should had just come here instead if New Lane! .June 2019 Back again. Better choices this time around. Assam Laksa superb! 2017 The night hawkers were more interesting and has more variety vs the morning. Good find with good variety of food that taste good and cheap where the local would pay!
