They did a fantastic job of replacing the front grill on my car. They also returned the car spotlessly clean and had even cleaned the wheels. Amazing service from start to finish and went beyond what was expected and so would highly recommend.

Very professional motor mechanics. Very friendly and helpful. Very large work area that is spotless. Has recovery service. Has access for the disabled with easy parking. Easy to find even if rural, the postcode is bang on so have faith in your Sat Nav!

Our car was repaired by this outfit as this is where the insurance company said it had to go. Firstly, when they collected it they drove it to their premises adding miles to the click and using our fuel. I was told it would take 7-10 days The very next morning we had a call at 8am to say the car was ready. Very strange that the day before it was going to take another 5days?. When it was returned, it was, again, driven to our home, more miles., more fuel. Would definitely not recommend them10 days. I emailed after 8days as I needed to know when I could have it back. I received a reply saying that it would be ready the following week, making a total of 14 days. However, the very next morning at 8am we received a call to say it was ready. Very strange considering that a few hours before it was going to be another five days! Again it was returned by driving it here, more miles, more fuel. Would not recommend this outfit. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left is doing!

Having recently had my car repaired by Adwilliams i cannot fault there service, the ladies on reception were always so helpful when i called up i was kept up to date with the repairs and my car came back looking brand new! if i ever was unfortunate enough to have another accident i would defiantly be coming back. thankyou and your team for the great job!!

My car has been with them for over a month. I keep being told a date it will be ready and then a couple of days before they call to say it'll be another week. They are currently still waiting on some parts to arrive so apparently it will be another 10 days from now still ... This is where the insurance company recommended I take the car as it's location is very convenient, but with the poor communication and ridiculous amount of time they've had my car, I'd definitely recommend going elsewhere.
