Earlier this year my family and I planned to attend a wedding in England and booked accommodation with Amberley House Cottage Holidays via an online portal. Sadly we were forced to cancel as a result of Covid-19. Amberley House Cottage Holidays was kind enough to hold our reservation in the event that we could attend at a later date. The customer service we received from them was excellent. They honored our booking and assisted us as best they could during the period of uncertainty. We were unfortunately unable to stay with Amberley House Cottage Holidays, however due to their wonderful customer service and assistance, we look forward to future bookings with the hopes of staying at their wonderful accomodations. Thanks again for all your help!

Lee Cottage is truly the most welcoming, spacious and well-equipped house you could ever wish to rent. Choosing a place to host Christmas for family and friends is a daunting experience, especially when planning a full Christmas dinner and trimmings in a kitchen that you don't know, but we actually flew through the process; finding everything we needed. Everyone that visited us at Lee Cottage, left saying it was the best Christmas they had ever had; actually laughing and crying with joy. The house made them feel cosy and loved; nobody actually wanted to leave. We would certainly recommend staying here.
Very happy with our stay at Shannon Cottage, Telscombe. Cosy cottage, very clean and comfortable and well equipped in lovely surroundings. We were grateful to be able to book at short notice
Perfect venue for a group with a couple of dogs. Beautiful woodland adjacent to the house for exploring. Log fire in the cottage was a very attractive and welcome addition. It was great to be met by the housekeeper who made us feel very welcome and was on hand to deal with any queries.
A lovely clean cottage in a beautiful village. Very kind owners who gave us a warm welcome. I highly recommend Ivy Cottage.
