**Danger**Warning** there is a con at this dodgy establishment. Booked in for a full service over the phone. Got to the counter and they tried to CON ME over an ALLEGED Aircon service. THIS IS FRAUDULENT TRADING AND WILL BE REPORTED TO KIA HEAD OFFICE AND TRADING STANDARDS. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Daughter's 5 year old Picanto developed a brake problem making it unusable. Initially they weren't prepared to do anything for 4 weeks which kind of negates the warranty. I stepped in and managed to 'persuade' them to look at the car sooner, within a couple of days. They reported that it was a faulty caliper, that had damaged the pads and disks, so replaced the lot, all under warranty - absolutely brilliant. Would easily have been 5 stars if they'd done this without my involvement and persuasion.

Felt rushed to have my query dealt with and to move on to the next person, not taken seriously and not much information provided at all. Appreciate they may be busy but came away not feeling like a potential valued customer. Will have to take my money elsewhere.
