Everyone at Crossways Storrington is caring, friendly and supportive. They are prepared to see you immediately, if you are concerned about your pet's well being - no matter how busy. I would especially like to thank Lynsey, for all her support and help with my precious, 20 year old cat, Samson. Throughout this whole week she was there for me with sound advice and guidance. Today, sadly, he had to be euthanized and she was amazing throughout the process- her kindness and understanding helped me through the whole situation. She kept me fully informed and did everything possible to make him comfortable and me feel at ease. I highly recommend them.

Our puppy got a tick right near his eye whilst camping nearby. We didnt know how to remove it without harming his eye. We were so relieved Crossways were kind enough to give us a quick how-to, removed the tick and gave Albi a biscuit for being a good boy. They didnt even charge us, what a team. We have bought a tick remover, thankyou Crossways!

The amazing vets here have saved more than one of my pets over the years .In particular Kirsty whom I trust with all my pets .I will get honest answers to my questions on my pets treatment. If you have an emergency they always fit you in .Over the years the vets and nursing staff have been wonderful. I highly recommended these guys . The reception team are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help.
