Whilst I am now happy with the bike I have bought. It had to be returned on the day of delivery to be fixed, because the company DO NOT carry out safety checks prior to delivery and don't not accept any responsibility, trying to say that I must have caused the problem on my test ride the week before delivery as I was the last one to ride the bike. They even tried to use Covid as an excuse for poor customer service. Also their accounts team are shocking at returning monies owed and they come up rubbish excuses again using furlough as an excuse. My partner works in accounts and is working from home and a payment has never been missed. I wouldnt have minded if they had just been honest from the start!!!!

Just picked up a Street triple r 2015 with 4500 miles, perfect hassle free and easy going staff. no pressure from the selling team. Very trusting and letting me have a few test rides on the demo bike. All the staff very very helpful!!!!

I recently had the first service carried out on my Triumph Street Triple RX. I arranged a service while you wait slot. I can not express enough just how thorough the technician was, he kindly adjusted the suspension settings for me to make the ride a little softer without charge. Then when it came for time to pay I was so very pleasantly surprised how reasonable the cost was. Even though it was service 1 destination triumph were not the supplying dealer, however they still waived the labour charge. Thanks destination triumph.

Fantastic dealer Just picked up a fantastic Street triple with a 12,000 mile service just done, also the bike was given to me in fantastic condition and clean. I was welcomed by Merry who was so friendly and professional She was so helpful and cheerful A true credit to Triumph who should be so proud to have her in their team Many thanks for a true professional job you have completed on the bike i am so pleased I will definitely go there for future servicing and of course for a coffee All the best to all at Washington John coomber
