John, Claire and the rest of the team have been outstanding on the jobs we have had them in for and the communication is always great! We had our garage and utility room roof redone, new doors and PVC windows fitted as well as some other bits to make everything watertight. It wasn't the most straightforward job because of the state it was in to begin with but it was no problem for John and the guys. We have had John back again after to quote us on more work as well! I highly recommend JB Sussex!
John and Claire were polite and responsive throughout discussions relating to our work (Shed roof re-felting). They were understanding and supportive of our particular needs. The work was done well, on time, and in a tidy manner. We have no hesitation to use them again or recommend them.
I used JB Sussex to repaint all external windows and patio doors including making good any rotten areas. I would certainly recommend them as they were highly professional, timely and delivered a result I'm very happy with.
They were very professional, kept us informed on progress throughout. Always tidied up behind themselves and more importantly, did an excellent job. Very accomodating and did most of the work during evenings and weekends, so we could continue to work throughout the day. Would definitely recommend them to others.
Johns service is excellent from the original quotation and follow up through to the order being placed and the jobs being completed. Both garage roofs were completed on the days agreed and within the time scale discussed to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend and use John again.
