Marianne is a great coach! I felt stuck at work, in a job that was not my dream job but I was so busy that I did not have the energy to work out what I wanted to do. Since being coached, I am more aware of who I am, what I want from a job and how I go about achieving it. I would definitely encourage people to have coaching with Marianne. She is very gifted at showing different ways of thinking, and she encouraged me to have more confidence in who I am and what I can achieve. Marianne has an ability to show that change does not need to be feared in the small and big steps of life. I would highly recommend her for coaching.

Extremely enjoyable and enlightening coaching sessions. Marianne was able to unpack deeply held passions and desires in regards to work and feeling fulfilled. She created a safe space for me to explore dreams and talent, to overcome frustrations and obstacles. Four years ago I struck out on my own after working for a series of big institutions. My venture started well but I was floundering with managing my own time, priorities and finances. Marianne is exactly what I needed. I now have a clear sense of my vocation and purpose and a much better articulation of what motivates me and why. Sessions with Marianne have been a highlight of my working week: I always come away with an insight or a strategy I am excited to put in place. I recommend her highly and without reservation.
Marianne is a gifted coach! She has coached me at a personal level as well as facilitated some vision days with my leadership team, both with long lasting effects. Her personal coaching prepared helped during a role transition - helping me reconnect and clarify my purpose which prepared me to apply for the right CEO position and then transition successfully into it over the past 2 years. She also led some Vision workshop days with my leadership team from which we developed a vision which has provided strategic direction through my first two years in post, including during the Covid pandemic, which will continue to provide a foundation for the coming years. Since then, Marianne has proposed another mentor to guide me in this new season which has also been a great success. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marianne or to use her again if the opportunity arose.

I worked with Marianne for around 6 months within the context of a life coaching engagement. Marianne was a pleasure to work with and I found her to have a good combination of her own professional background as well as the right coaching tools and a cheerful and energetic demeanour. I started work with her being at the top of my game from a professional standpoint but at the same time being unhappy with a lot of other aspects of life being unfulfilled. She helped me to hold myself accountable to what I really wanted out of life and was instrumental in helping me to decide to go for a career change. Within a year of her coaching, I had resigned from my current role, organised an internal transfer and also moved country.
