Fairly sleepy rural type station, but it has most basic facilities.

Quiet station, no barriers and helpful staff however due to the low volume of people not always staffed & cafe often shut. Toilets are also usually locked so you have to wait for a train. Overall nice country station with easy access to most of Sussex.

Good staff, very clean but my disabled friend found it very hard to go to the other platform as there is only stairs leading across

It's definitely a station. Unfortunately the toilets seemed to always be shut. It does what a station does though.
