We have recently visited the White Hart as it is conveniently situated on a route we love to take in our convertible. The listed building, location and outside ample space is nothing short of breathtaking. This is easily one of the best gastro pubs we have ever visited in the UK. There are 3 separate areas outside. The scenery is perfect. Parking space is amazing. The whole place inside and out was very tidy. The staff is extraordinary - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and with a keen interest to make sure that the customer is feeling well and has all the information to make the best of the experience. The food was cooked to perfection. The menu is varied and with amazing taste and mixed flavours. I wish more pubs would follow this example. This pub is PERFECT!!

Had an amazing time whenever I went here! Really friendly and nice staff which serves really tasty food (vegan options available!). Area around the pub is beautiful (the river and the bridge in front, you'll see!). also, if in doubt about their dessert cocktails, just go for it. My advice, if in area, go and enjoy yourself :D

We had lunch at the White Hart today. The food and the service were excellent. I cannot remember when I last had such lovely muscles, which came with a complimentary glass of wine. We enjoyed the starters and the desserts, too. The menu has something for everybody and there are specials, too. The pub is family run and the feeling certainly is that of a warm family welcome. I look forward to coming back.

I had such an amazing dinner at the White Hart. The new management is doing a phenomenal job and the menu is spectacular. It's fine dining at a great price. Such a lovely family run business and all the staff who took care of us were knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to keep coming back!

Lovely pub and location. The bridge view from the decking was great. Food was awesome with the whitebait and pork belly a particular highlight and friendly staff. Really enjoyed chatting to the new owners who are enthusiastic and have the energy to do great things! The authentic Goan curry night is a particular look forward to. Good luck guys!
