We've had some really good times here in our local pub. The atmosphere is great and they have a good selection of beers and other drinks. The food is excellent. During the covid lockdown, they have continued to provide a takeaway menu and roasts to heat at home, all of which have been faultless, generous proportions and extremely tasty.

We were having a few days away and was recommended this pub. Luckily lockdown had eased and they had a lovely marquee set up to enable more diners. The food was absolutely lovely and saw us through from lunch to breakfast the next day. Super service and nice beer!
Complete with huge marquee for these Covid times this classic old pub has a good menu including vegetarian and vegan plus good selection of beers wines etc. We had a lovely evening.
