Jon was really prompt to give us a very competitive quote, no obstacle was a problem as it had been in the two other quotes I had and he and carried out a very professional job with his hard working team - putting in a really long day to make sure that they could get the job done from start to finish in the one day. Absolutely brilliant service, professional and honest!! We moved into our new property less than a week ago and the boiler stopped working, we called out another engineer who condemned the boiler and quoted us for a replacement which we couldn’t afford leaving us freezing cold and stressed beyond belief!! I called West Sussex Heating for a second opinion and they came straight out the following morning, when they arrived I tried to start the boiler and it was functioning without fault. West Sussex Heating still took the time to explain the system to me and re-pressurised it without charging a penny! I could see straight away how experienced, knowledgeable and genuine the engineer was and we’ll definitely be using them again when we are ready to replace the boiler. Thanks again West Sussex Heating!!
