This restaurant is partly used as a training experience for students at the nearby cooking school. The value for money is excellent, maybe the best in the Lausanne neighborhood. The meals are diverse, with the dish of the day always affordable and good quality. The room is vast and luminous, with ample windows giving a view on the lake.
It's a training restaurant where young and not so young learn to cook and wait at tables. The cooking is always excellent and the prices are low. Impossible to find a higher quality/price ratio in the region.
Very busy restaurant under the Lausanne train station. Staff could be friendlier and no menu in English. Expect to wait a lot.

J'ai mangé à la Pinte Vaudoise pour la première fois et retournerai dès que possible. Un service de qualité, un rapport qualité/prix imbattable, un plat superbement présenté et délicieux ! Je recommande vivement et me réjouis d'y retourner !
