Great experience, VTX is doing a great job. The have a big know how and a professional support. customer service is kind and helpful. the services (I use Internet, telephony and domainname) are working proper with no interruptions. VTX is really to recommend, for companies and also for private customers

Good contact/service/people. Average self-service online. Good overall stability, but many many microcut of connections (2-3 seconds). Bandwidth match announcement Obsolete material, wifi n Too expensive for the bandwidth provided, not aligned with market prices Captive contract type, cancelable during only one month per year. Not aligned with market practices.

Je ne le recommande pas, les bouquets trop cher pas de radio et obligé de garder 2 ans faites très attention quand vous voulez le bouquet, regarder bien après tous est en plus??? Il y en à d'autres plus avantageux et plus de choix

Bin seit Jahren VTX Kunde. Das Internet ist sehr stabil und ich erreiche die versprochene Bandbreite (sogar etwa 10% mehr). Das Highlight ist jedoch die Telefonie (VoIP), die seit Jahren perfekt funktioniert. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Auch der Kundenzugang ist sehr gut aufgemacht und einfach zu bedienen. Mit dem TV-Angebot bin ich ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Die Kosten für das Internet dürften preislich ruhig an die Konkurrenz angenähert werden, für die Telefonie sind sie ok, TV finde ich recht günstig. Kann ich empfehlen.
