I have been visiting them for last seven years and they were really good.Now the ownership has been handed over and my latest experience is pathetic.Very rude and non-cooperative consulting doctor,who is the main person and is supposed to be a cardiologist.I visited another doctor elsewhere and now I am satisfied.

No value for patients' time. I came here at 8:00 am as per the opening time but lab opened at 8:10 am. This was still fine but I had to wait for hour and half for ophthalmologist. Total time taken - 2 and half hours.

Called the Pulse reception 2 weeks before my intended date of testing to check how many days the report would take. The person said process would take 2 days and on the morning of the third day I'd have my report . I reconfirmed this with Pulse again a few days later. On the morning of my test I called pulse to confirm my appointment and checked all the details again. When I finally reached Pulse for my test (Thursday at 1pm) , the receptionist again told me that I could get my report as early as Saturday evening (6pm) else it would surely be ready by Monday morning. I was very pleased but vary so I asked him to double check this info with his lab. After finally speaking to the lab, a very incompetent receptionist who also claimed to be the manager, told me that the earliest I could expect my report was Monday late evening (7pm). I lost my head with this so called manager because the whole time he's been giving me wrong information inspite of calling the clinic three times before my test date. My doctor is leaving the country for 1 month and I wanted to show the report to her before she left but this low and poor customer service which is basically a don't care attitude left me in the lurch . And then he has the audacity to tell me that if I'm so unhappy I can leave. Leave i did!!! But do beware of this so called manager LK Singha who is actually an ill informed receptionist with a major attitude. It shocked me that there was not one responsible person at the clinic who had an answer for this gross negligence. Very disappointing health care experience.

They do tests diligently but are grossly understaffed. I came back for the report the next day and had to wait for almost an hour. When asked to wait for another 10 minutes, I left because the doctor had already verbally confirmed there is nothing wrong with me!
