The worst bank service in the world. They have an option to open FD through online and if we avail loan in that they won’t permit us to close the FD account even on the maturity date through online, rather they will suck your money as interest to them. Unethical and stupidity,You should visit the branch for closing Don’t recommend SBI FOR ANY SERVICE..
