Great service and great professionalism by Mr Swapnil, the owner. You will get what is promised and when it is promised. No false commitments. Got the internet connection during lockdown within a day as promised while Other service providers like hathway make false promises. Best broadband service provider in hadapsar everyone should consider this.

first 6 month was good approx. 10mbps speed out of 20mbps plan and staff was quite attentive, after that next 6 month was nightmare tones of failure issues, speed fluctuations. speed never crossed 3-4mbps, worst half of the day doesn't even match the mobile 3G network, staff wasn't able to understand the problem & failed to resolve. 3 months back switched to X brand 5G fiber. enjoying 200mbps unlimited with lesser price with more structured professional services.

I have switched multiple providers and always end up with limited number of choices(no fiber) since the place not being a large society. I am glad to have found this no fuss service provider. The prices are comparatively high but I prefer stable service more than promise of higher speed(which ends with heavy offline time). The technicians are responsive, the plans are simple and the installations did not have much dependency. Thank you for providing a stable service.

Good customer service and value for money. I had rated 1 , they had called me and got my concern addressed and also able sold me a new connection , from 1 to selling new connection, utalization the rating to gain customer(speed will have to check in due time hopefully will be worth the feedback in terms.of speed as well ) however not hesitatnt to give them 5 for their responsiveness and customer service .
