Best Of Random Stuff

2 Years of Journey as AR Caller... Joined as a fresher, Management is good, Very good incentive structure for hard workers. In terms of growth (position wise) If you are smart no one can stop you ! Almost everyone says target assigned is very hard to achieve, which is due to many providers and various insurance companies are being added continuously ! Few years back same target was easily achievable because less provider and limited insurance companies were there. For last 2 years I have seen many mails and adds for Hiring, always Hiring Employees specially for AR department. So many efforts to hire new employee ! But no steps taken to retain the Existing Employees?....

Can't say the entire management is worst, but surely few people over Pune branch are seriously moreover the worst. Only the best part is Train N Hire program and the VNA training. Rest all is ....... Site head and HR not even interested to know what exactly happened and help you to figure out. Same like others mine is also worst ever experience of life.

I think access healthcare can be one of the best organization to work with but the pressurized environment and extension in Athena and if they extend in process they will not arrange cabs they'll say to book ola or uber of our pockets which is alright.. I think shaji Ravi has taken lots of guts to stand up the organization. and if anyone has taken risk to stand such a huge organization so employees are first priority.. There is lot more to discuss but I know of no use and so sorry to inform u all m leaving the organization after 7 months and that too abscond.....bye for now and really had wonderful journey but will say always to improve management for Pune center..

Worst experience. Management changing the teams without any reason or discussion.. No communication within the management and agents.. Very bad infrastructure..worst Transport facilities. Bad canteen. Even faced water scarcity. Unbelievable targets which changes day by day.. Unnecessarily extending shifts even though one have completed his or her target. Forced to come to work even on holidays and sensitive situations like riots. 2 stars are only for the training team in 2018.
