I was not aware of the pranic healing much, but Shruti's knowledge and way of explanation is convincing and easy to understand. Shruti's healing sessions and holding hands at every step of the way, is very assuring . Recently I think most of us are suffering from anxiety, fear because of pandemic. The pranic healing is the solution and who better than Shruti to heal, teach and guide us. She understands your concerns quickly and provides means/ways to tackle using healing, meditation and many more techniques. I highly recommend Shruti's healing and other sessions

The yoga sessions are excellent. Komal, our yoga expert conducts the classes very well and is very enthusiastic. Me and my husband have fun during these sessions and have been feeling very fit and healthy after these sessions.

Pranic healing is great as supportive therapy for almost any disorder. I took healing after I had stress related issues and it was almost immediate effect.It was my first experience with alternate therapy and I now recommend it too all my family and friends who can benefit from it. I connected with Shruti earlier this year for pranic healing; Believe you me I am falling short of words to express how amazing the process has been and the tangile outcome of the healing.
