This one star is not enough for review to express. All office staff are very rude in behaviour and totally mannerless, unprofessional. If you call then they don't response and gas delivery service is not on time and also they charge extra money for delivery and if you go to there office for gas cylinder then office staff does not help you. Best Suggestion: Don't choose this Aditi Bharat Gas as your service provider.

Pathetic service, no customer satisfaction, no cylinder delivery on time, no response on call...even if you call them on emergency number, delivery boy dont dont pick call if you reach out to him for cylender delivery. I made a big mistake by choosing this ADITI GAS AGENCY. Requesting new ppl not to take connection from this agency. I would have given ZERO if I could.

No one pick up call. I personally saw they are doing tp their mostly ladies sitting their. They ignore phone calls .

Has booked the cylinder on last sunday with online payment. Its Friday today, not received the cylinder yet. Every month they create a mess. Gawali delivery person is not available or cylinders are out of stock. Gavali never receives the call. If called in their office, the call is constantly busy or it rings they dont answer which means the office office is least bothered to attend the call which also means they are busy not personal calls. And kabhi galti se if we receive then they say to co-ordinate with the Gavali. So, my question is am I being paid to co-ordinate with Gavali or the office staff is being paid? Also, if I have to co-ordinate with Gavali, then why for documentation purpose, I have to visit their office. Cant I get it done by Gavali. Pathetic service with horrible staff behaviour
