Adv. Parmeshwar Pawar is an Awesome person with good knowledge & experience related to divorce related legal matters. He patiently listens to our problems even if it is a mutual consent divorce case and then suggests the next action. If you follow his guidance and advices then be assured that you will succeed. Adjectives like trust worthy, loyal, honest, professional, friendly, supportive, punctual, understanding etc. suits him well and all these qualities in a lawyer you get at a reasonable price. Not just me, even my parents and my relatives felt the same for him. Last but not the least, conversations with him use to give us peace of mind as he used to provide us moral support bcz we knew that he is just a call away whenever we need him. He really deserves a 5 Star rating for his work and if i had the option to rate him more than 5 Stars then i would have definitely done that. I recommend his services to everyone.

Friendliness, Politeness, Ease of Approach, Communication, Transparency, Expertise --------- 5/5 Fees - Moderate Detailed review: All processing and legal steps happened remotely at Pune court (Covid Pandemic). But We never faced any inconvenience because of Adv Parmeshwar Pawar Sir. He managed everything proactively, and kept us well informed. I approached him over phone from my home-State for mutual divorce. He asked few basic questions, and then explained everything in detail. He explained the practical possibilities of all available legal options. For eg: Probability, time-frame, processes, facts, etc. We discussed my case profile multiple times over a week, and then I decided to proceed with him. The next day he emailed me all documents. He explained me on how to get them printed, notarized and signed. As soon as I couriered him the documents, he filed the petition. He kept following up in court and obtained dates for online hearing. He kept calling regularly to provide updates and suggestions. He never tried to trap me into lengthy processes. He himself suggested not to proceed for a certain legal submission (he explained me that it wont yield any results in my case). He suggested ways to FastTrack the filing. In the past few months, I might have called him dozens of times. He was always polite, supportive and informative. Even if he missed my call, he himself dialed back within minutes. The best part is: He's not money-oriented. He reminded about his fees only when it was time to pay. He is well aware of ground realities, and unlike most lawyers, he won't suggest any non-productive things. He was never off-topic. My 2 cents : If someone is looking for a versed. honest and friendly lawyer - Please connect with him. Mine is mutual divorce, But I'm sure he must be equally good for contested divorce as well.
