The customer care is not responsive, From last one month I am trying to reach them, but they are not resolving my issue, I requested them to cancel the policy and refund the premium which I have paid, but from last one month they are not doing anything on it. Very bad service they are providing to customers. If anyone planning to buy the term insurance from Aegone Life my strongly suggestion don't take it from Aegone Life please take it from someone else.

Very pathetic service..not able to understand why they taking money from the customer if they not able to service properly. God knows how they will pay the claims to customer when they are not able to provide premium receipt after the 7-10 days of premium payment. Call center number are uselss.. And response from local branch is worst.

Fraud !!! fraud!!!! Don't Buy policy at all from ageon as I took policy from agent & paid money in March, today till the date 20th July I m struggling to get my money back, they cancelled my policy on medical ground not sent any report why they cancelled & they having my money upto 4 the month...... Saying technical errors .... I suffer a lot ..... So don't buy anything from them. All team is ridiculous. & Fraud fraud fraud.

Purchased term insurance of this company. User experience is pathetic. Company Offers premium at very low range but website / user login experience is horrible . Hi Team expecting some improvement on website.

Very bad service, unsupportive and unprofessional staff. Also once you buy policy they will ask for extra premium stating reason of reconciliation error..they are not replying to emails and Force fully lapse policy. In this situation you will not have any way other than paying extra premium..the staff is doing reconciliation error and customer need to suffer.

I bought term insurance .I thought they have better tracking of request though my experience was bad. I see following issue. 1.Once you make payment one agent will assign to you . i asked couple of question to agent he din not answer, included customer care email id. No response again. 2. After Medical they took 4 weeks to tell me they can not approve my request after multiple followups. 3. Its already 21 days and they have not send me refund(they took 2 months premium in advance) Hope this will help others and AEGON will improve on it. I have read all good for AEGON Term insurance.

I think is fraud because this has only one office which is in pune and the office is too small
