We have been using their home lighting kit 2 for the last four years almost every weekend at the camping ground and not once we have had any issues. I have had a very bad experience with these people. I placed an order for their 2 Pot solar rice cooker thru Amazon. On 14th July 2020 I made a payment of Rs.3,742/- and I received a confirmation mail from Amazon that Agni Solar has received my order and is preparing it for shipment and my estimated date of delivery is 23-24th July 2020. Nothing happened till 24th. On that day I got mail from Amazon stating that my refund is successful. I wonder who asked for refund. On checking I found on Amazon that my order was cancelled and refund given. What for - nobody tells. When I checked with Amazon -they say that Seller i.e. Agni Solar is responsible for that. When I contacted Agni Solar - they say Amazon is responsible for it. Nobody is telling the truth and throwing the blame on the other. My first question is if the Item is not being sent to me - why my order was accepted in the first place. Why my payment was held back till the last date of shipment and then quietly returned to me without announcement. Who cancelled my order. Do they not owe me an explanation for the cancellation after holding the payment for 10 days. Agni Solar is accepting delivery orders for this item thru their website at a cost of about Rs. 4500/- Having accepted my order they should have at least one to me at the initial payment cost of Rs.3,742/- for having troubled me. My repeated calls were of no avail and they gave me a take it or leave it offer at Rs.4500/- Not a fair business policy for a company said to be offering quality and trust worthy products. For a few hundreds they made me run from here to there and forced me to share this with all of you as a bad experience.

Just had a solar panel installed by Agnisolar. Their team was easy to deal with and the entire process was smooth. I was new to all the things related to solar but their customer service really helped me make the best decision. Their sales consultant understands the need of a customer especially if they are a first-time buyer. The price was reasonable when compared to other companies with the same quality. I highly recommend Agni solar. Especially to those who do not know how to buy a solar panel.
I purchased a solar lantern from Agni Solar as I am a frequent traveller in mountain ranges which requires sometimes to make a night haul. I am in absolute love with this product. It has 4 different brightness mode and can either be charged with the sun or AC adaptor. The duration of working is what amazes me, it works 7 hours straight on a bright mode and around 60 hours as bed light.
Swimming is my favorite hobby. I always enjoy my personal swimming pool during summer but was restricted in winter due to a colder temperature. Since I wanted to get on with my exercise I bought this Agni Solar's swimming pool heating system and since then I am enjoying my winter swims. The heater takes the bite of cold water and makes it a few degrees warmer.The apparatus is robust and I don't think I will face any service problems for years to come.
