What was promised didn't delivered. So I called them in afternoon told that I need 10-12 helium balloons toady. The person said ok no problem and informed me that it will cost me 20 rs per balloon. I told them that I will collect from your place by around 8.30pm. I called them again by 8 to confirm that I am coming by that time. He insisted that I should come immediately. It was my wife's 25th birthday. so I closed my clinic early and started driving. The person called me like 3-4 times that I should come as soon as possible. Since my car is new and I recently started driving I tried my best to be as fast. Told them that I am coming at your google location. I reached there and called them. they told me to wait. I waited for 20-25 mins. If he was in so much hurry then why he asked me to wait 20-25 mins at their location. Then they called and asked me to come at another location. So google location is wrong, time commitment is not there. Then the person came to talk to me told that Helium balloons are not safe, they catch fire if you take them in car. Also told that his friend recently got his ear burn because of helium explosion. But they have something else type of helium which is not harmful but it will cost me 1000 rs. and it involves room decoration also. I didn't wanted room decoration. I just wanted 10-12 balloons that's it. So I cancelled everything. Then I googled it and find that helium is not inflammable gas. So he misinformed me and tried to trick me to buy higher package. I google other balloon suppliers they were agree to supply me balloons but by that time everything was closed. and because of this person my celebration spoiled.
