For the first time i felt like a valued customer in an airtel store. I was looking to change ownership of a number which was taken on my father's name 10 years ago from prepaid to postpaid and faced lot of difficulties in airtel stores recently(Hinjewadi,Dange Chowk). But they have done so with much ease and that too on Sunday. I'm really impressed with the professional behaviour of the staff and the manager who is leading them. Kudos to the service! Best experience till date in a telecommunication store.

Though the office opens at 10,but they will ask you to come at 10.30. I went to the office at 10, all the staff was present but not a single person entertained me. They asked me to step inside the office after 10.30. I went for sim swap. I was told the sim will get activated in 6hrs. It's been 24hrs, my sim has not been activated yet. Now I am going again for the same problem to their office for the 4th time .
