They may have good technology or radiologists, I can't evaluate that. However the front desk and management was pathetic and more importantly inhuman. Been there in first week of July for my 57 year old mother-in-law's neck and shoulder scan. We paid the money at 12 pm. They do not have power backup for the MRI; so if mains supply is unavailable, patients just have to wait. Had to wait till 4 for power to come back. While we waited, a younger male patient came along for a neck scan. He wanted to pay money only on the condition that his scan is done as soon as power comes back. The front desk and management accepted since they wanted the money. They told us that it would only take 20 minutes of additional waiting due to this. My mother-in-law, who had already waited for over 4 hours and was having trouble sitting for long durations had to ultimately wait for 45 minutes more, for no emergency but just so that the centre could earn a few bucks more. And they don't have a changing room. So once the scan was done, she had to wait for some more time, as her only option to change was a CT scan room, which at the time, was being used for another patient's test. The lady at the front desk was cherry on top of this torture. Despite asking for a bill multiple times, she took her own time to generate it and finally handed it over as if a favour.
