The best place to get the pain relieved. I had a neck pain for reason " Straightening of the normal cervical lordotic curvature" . For which some medicines were prescribed by orthopedic dr. which disturbed my digestive system due to hyper acidity. And I was frustrated. Luckily met Mr Anand Gupte, and within 10 days of exercise pain was relieved. Thanks Mr. Anand .

I am from Solapur. In 2005 my motorcycle slipped, my right leg touched the road and due to the force of the motorcycle, my left leg was stretched completely, causing me to fall like a gymnast with legs stretched. This trauma caused major and severe injuries to the ligaments of both knees. Thereafter, I could no longer continue with my normal activities. Many doctors suggested me to go for knee arthroscopy, but with no clear recovery possible. I could not make my decision to convince myself to go for it. So I did not opt for arthroscopy. Due to my knee pain, I changed my profession from pharma marketing to insurance. I joined under Anand Gupte sirs care in January 2018 and today I am very happy with my progress. Earlier, I could not walk down even half a kilometre, now I can walk nearly painlessly for 2 km. I was unable to stand by my own without support even for a short period of time, now I can stand without support for quite a long time. I can ride for more than 200 km a day. Anand sir has given me the confidence that this is just the beginning and my condition will improve further in the next two to three years and I have 100% trust in him.
