A must visit place in Monsoon. It's a jungle trail, walking through the Dense forest lush green. The breath taking views will allure you for visiting the place at once. Do visit the place but make sure one checks the date of opening as forest rangers permission is needed to enter the Andharban forest.

There are 2 ways to do this trek, first is you go to pimpri and start your trek downwards towards Patnus village, most of the people follow this route as it is easy, and there is just going down so no climbing as the trek is long. The other one is climbing upwards from Patnus to Pimpri, there is Kanalika river on the way which is a bit hard to cross without ropes, so stay behind a group with ropes :P There are white arrows marked throughout the path from Patnus to Pimpri side, so if you are climbing down you would go against the arrows, dont go on the paths marked with cross. The first few km of the trek gives wonderful view, after a while it becomes monotonous, so people sometimes trek till the river and come back, which is a valid option too!

The name say it all.. most beautiful part is dense forest and crystal clear water during monsoon time and ovio the moving clouds. its 17 km hike if you wish to complete from start point to end point. The entry fee is 150 its online payment before you going else the forest department will stop you in entrance. Go early in morning and come back before dawn..

Best place in the monsoon to explore, deep dark forest in the long dense Andharban.

It is very remote area you can't expect very high end amenities here but whatever facilities you get here are the best possible facilities. Nature is marvellous beyond expectations scenarios of valleys and forest.
