This is a fraud clinic for sure . I understand this pandemic situation n all . But we are giving the amount you are asking for n nodding on time also what clinic are promised . But nothing is delivered timely , disrespectful staff , rude behaviour .Here what happens I gave my covid sample on Saturday afternoon 3, My dad is doctor RTPCR sample needs to be processed in 4hrs otherwise it is of no use n here they are saturday sample is not processed till monday late evening . I don't know what results they are giving n now i know why the covid situation is going worse . Thanks to clinics like Appollo clinic . Pls don't visit for clinics for test .

Bad management. Was given a 11am appointment with the ENT which was confirmed. On reaching there was informed that the doctor doesn't attend to patients in the morning. Even though they had the mobile number did not think it necessary to inform the patient. It's totally shameful being an Apollo hospital!!

DO NOT DO RTPCR TEST FROM HERE. They promised the result in 48 hours n delivered the result in 96 hours with no valid explanation. I had a flight to catch with 72 hours prior covid test result. Thanx to this fraud clinic I can't catch the flight. The staff is poor n the clinic is literally like a fish market please do not consult Apollo clinics...
