I have been using their service from past 2 years with 2 appliances. One thing that I can say is they provide appliances in very good condition and secondly the service they provide is excellent. Once I wanted to get my refrigerator replaced, they did it within a time span of 24 hrs that too without any additional cost. Must go for it.
