Sir, I hereby regret to inform and express my displeasure in my experience at B.U. Bhandari, Wakad, Pune Service Center. I would like to inform you that captioned car was sent for undertaking resolution of complaint regarding severe condensation and water on dashboard during use of air conditioning in the car on 16/05/2019, which even after three days of assuring repair continues to be unresolved on receipt of deliver of my car. Even during this period no proper care was taken as my car has been dented by another car during this period, and the said dealer/service center being your representative really hampers my impression of Volkswagen and also credibility of the brand. I am severely disappointed with the service given to me and also express my displeasure on conduct and behavior of concerned manager of the workshop. I will sincerely appreciate if you take strict note of my grievances failing which I shall be constrained to reconsider my association with Volkswagen.

I bought a Polo from this showroom in 2019. The staff is courteous and they provide proper information with regards to the car, the loan process(if needed) and documentation needed. They deliver the product on time, on the said date(No unnecessary delays or last minute changes) and the after sales service is really good. Would highly recommend them.

Awesome experience. If u r buying ur first car ,if u r confused,not sure how to choose vehicles, what are the aspects u need to check before buying car ,then this is best place to go for.Awesome Staff.I would say totally proffessional.I would like to appreciate Pratik Menon for excellent Skills/knowledge ,the way every bits of vehicle explained practically with crystal clear in thought.Before choosing VW i was not sure which brand i shud go for,but chose VW for one honest and genuine reason is SAfety/built quality/driving pleasure.The way Pratik puts up the presentation about VW vehicle is totally chaos.I think BU Bhandari u got excellent staff Pratik Menon who understands every peace of VW and shares useful knowledge to customer. one of the unknown feature which is less explained is u cant Steal VW vehicle try if possible.There is awesome enginering is involved by german maker which very few ppl know.Again thanks to Pratik Menon for this useful knowledge.(Nobody explain this as they dont know much abt VW).Lastly i would like to appreciate Anant From Finance Team,His guidance ensured me to get low interest rates in bank and smooth process, its hassle free totally. Pratik u r dng excellent job keep rocking/exploring and help Indian Customers realize why they should choose VW :)
